CP Property Services provides landscaping, hardscaping, excavation, tree services, and seasonal maintenance for residential and commercial clients in Southern Maine. All services are subject to availability and approval.

2. Estimates & Quotes

All quotes provided through our website or by phone are free and non-binding until a formal agreement is signed. Pricing may vary based on site conditions and project scope.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

Scheduled services are subject to weather conditions and other operational factors. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

4. Property Access

Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area. We are not responsible for delays caused by locked gates, blocked driveways, or unsafe conditions.

5. Payments

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Late payments may be subject to fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.

7. Changes to Terms
